Revising Writing

My rewriting experience gave me detail on what I could do to up my blog more. The people who commented on my blog giving me detail on how to make my blog better helped me with my writing. The feedback given was interesting and was put to good use, The people in the comments shared their opinions on what they think would do better in my blog and for future use. One comment was to add pictures into my blog more to make it look better. Looking at my full blog page now and how it is laid out adding pictures brings more life to the writing. It can help keep the reader's attention and some people are visual learners.

I also got commented on some spelling mistakes and comma's where they should've been put in. Even with the spell checker, it can sometimes make some mistakes. But other than the few points that were given to me to change the feedback, in general, boosted my confidence in my writing. Being told what went well and what the people liked to read really gave me more self-confidence and has allowed me to not worry about what I'm writing is appealing to the viewers. It truly put a smile on my face.

Other than the feedback I got, the format and layout of the people who commented and the words they used gave me an insight into what I should do when I am giving feedback to others. I learned that I should be more clear when giving feedback and try not to be too nice but also not too harsh. In one comment given to me, the person stated what I did well and then any mistakes or mishappenings made but then reassured me that everything else was okay. This kept me confident and reassured and I will definitely be using this next time I give feedback. I really do appreciate the feedback given to me because it gave me better knowledge on what I need to change and what I should do to give feedback.
